2) Click the Run Command
3) In the Run Command Windows type "regedt32"
4) Navigate to each of the following areas and change the value as listed:
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies"
5) On the right hand side you should see the word "Key"
6) After finding the word "Key" select it in the right pane and click delete
7) Restart the computer
Now Content Advisor should be disabled.
