2) Click the Run Command
3) In the Run Command Windows enter:
REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableRegistryTools /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
4) Restart the computer
5) You should be able to open the registry
